It’s kinda hard since SMGs actually have a lot of variety, and their position in a tier list would float a lot depending on what you actually need.

The quick and dirty would be Cyclone is best overall, Blitz is best high capacity SMG. Eridani has the longest range for hip fire headshots. Armistice for highest raw DPS. Gladius for headshot alpha damage and suppressor synergy. NS-7 for longest effective range. Tengu easiest to use.

Something like this. The rest are either mediocre, like Sirius – i.e. not bad, but still directly worse than Blitz for no adequate reason. Same for Jackal and Cyclone, or MKV and NS-7. Canis and auraxium SMGs are meh.
